Castle Bromwich Group Ramblers was formed in the autumn of 1991 by a few like minded individuals who were keen on country walking and wished to promote the pastime in the local area.The group is part of "The Ramblers" and also a group within the The Ramblers Warwickshire Area.
We walk every Sunday of the year. Walks are usually between 7 to 10 miles in length and can be anywhere within the Midland Counties. Very occasionally the walk may be on a Saturday and utilize public transport to get to the start of the walk and return.
During the months of June, July & August we also do an evening walk on alternate Wednesdays. These walks are 4-5 miles in length and are more local to Castle Bromwich than the Sunday walks.
